Less is more when it comes to backcountry gear and the Burton Step On Splitboard Bindings embody that mantra to their core. Leave the clunky transitions behind and embrace the seamless freedom these bindings offer. Combining the unrivaled convenience of Step On technology with the backcountry prowess of Spark R&D's Tesla T1 System, they're a match made in snowy heaven. Crafted with durable machined aluminum baseplates, these bindings are built to endure limitless adventures without missing a beat. Spark R&D Tesla T1 Single Wire Baseplate – A single fatty wire built into the baseplate switches easily from stowed, to low (12°), to high (18°) climbing positions and back again while touring. Eliminating the second wire saves weight and fiddle time.
Machined Aluminum
Burton-Designed Single-Component Negative Lean Hi-Back – The simplicity of a one-piece hi-back means immediate response. Through material blends we then manipulate the overall flex profile—from buttery to responsive.
Compatibility – Must be used with Step On™ compatible boots.

The Burton Highshot X Pro Step On® Snowboard Boots are built for riders who crave responsive, powerful performance with the revolutionary BOA® Triple Dial PerformFit™ Wrap system that independently adjusts three zones for unmatched precision and control. These high-performance powerhouses combine firm, supportive flex with heat moldable liners and quick-drying comfort, while the lightweight Vibram® EcoStep Plus outsole delivers serious traction with 50% recycled content. Designed for the Step On® system with full-speed-ahead attitude, these boots prove that when cutting-edge technology meets environmental consciousness, every ride becomes pure, powerful flow.
Medium Flex: 6-9 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – A balance of quick edge engagement and a more forgiving, playful feel. Great for all-around riders.
Total Comfort Construction – Get an instantly broken-in feel right out of the box. Total Comfort's industry-exclusive construction eliminates the break-in period for a fit that feels just as good from day 1 to day 100.
DryRide Heat Cycle™ Lining – Warmth and wicking are two key traits for on-snow comfort. Burton's breathable inner-lining technology utilizes interwoven thermally activated carbon thread to capture, radiate, and reflect body heat inward to keep feet warmer while also wicking heat-robbing moisture outward. Look for varying amounts and performance level of each liner.
Asym Life Liner – The Life Liner fuses lightweight materials with a more relaxed feel for high-end performance that makes all the difference during long seasons filled with hard charging days. The responsive PU tongue construction provides a combo of cat-like quickness and long-term resistance to breakdown, while also accommodating a better fit for all foot shapes.
Triple Zone BOA® Wrap – A new level of control over fit and feel. The system lets you independently micro-adjust the fit and feel of the internal forefoot and ankle tension plus the external cuff tension with a BOA® dial. The internal heel harness combined with the forefoot zone delivers unmatched foot and heel hold.
The Step On® System – A clean and simple boot-to-binding interface that lets you step right in. No buckles. No Straps. No Fuss.
Step On™ EST® Outsole – EST® goes beyond bindings by drawing inspiration from the surf/skate heritage of snowboarding and giving you a more direct connection to your board. By eliminating the ramp angle of your outsole, EST lowers your center of gravity, improves board feel, and creates a more surf/skate-like feel.
Compatibility – Must Be Used with Step On™ Bindings
