Flex Rating: 7 (1 Soft – 10 Stiff) The DC MLF Snowboard features a stiffer flex rating of 7 for the rider who loves to shred the park and is best friends with the rails.

The Slugger Core is new for 2011, handcrafted with the same ash hardwood found in Louisville Sluggers. Starting out with a solid poplar core, pre-bent ash stringers are inserted that run parallel with the board edges to increase durability, dampen vibration, and stabilize the board for the ultimate combination of performance, durability and versatility.

The MLF is a team favorite with 6mm of camber that gives tons of pop, stability and control anywhere on the mountain, and after receiving rave reviews, the radius to flat profile is added to every DC model for 2011: the flat surfaces at the tip and tail of the board provide lift in powder to keep you floating on top of the soft stuff.

The Sintered Supreme Optic base is a firm high density base that’s exceptionally fast and super water-resistant, the porous surface allowing easy wax absorption for longer lasting tune ups, combined with a Structurn base finish whose small dimples break water tension and allow your board to glide faster, turn easier, and allow you to ride longer regardless of how much wax you have.
