Every year, evo employees scatter across the West to various demos, riding and testing countless snowboards. There are usually a few standouts, a handful of notable boards that the collective seems to gravitate towards. Last year, there was one that stood tall: the Ride Peace Seeker Snowboard. No-one could stop talking about it, and no-one could stop riding it. The magic lies in a tapered directional shape that exels on groomers and pow alike, a shape that floats like a butterfly and carves like a champ. It's fast, precise, smooth, and the hype is real.
Directional Extra Camber – A directional shape with a hybrid profile that has more camber than rocker.
Aggressive Response
Tapered Bi-Radial Sidecut – A twin sidecut which allows for the underfoot width of a wide board in the tip/tail width of a standard size. This design provides improved leverage on landings, grip through turns, and stability on flat base.
Performance™ Core – High strength Aspen is combined with Bamboo and lightweight Paulownia wood to provide the perfect balance of strong and light.
Double Impact Plates – Added underneath each binding area to improve compressive strength and prevent board breaks where it matters most. Offered in two levels, Single and Double.
Carbon Array 5™ – This power distribution technology provides total board control in every stance location. Widespread carbon stringers placed at the binding zone gather input from any stance width and all pressure angles. Rider input is then channeled to the opposing contact point for maximum board control. Offered in two levels of technology, 3 & 5.
Glass Pedal – A diamond shaped secondary layer of glass in the tail of the board that provides extra torsional stiffness and power in the tail without effecting the flex of the tip.
Hybrid Glass – Triaxial on top, biaxial on base; balanced torsional flex and stiffness for better response with speed.
Carbon Slimwalls® – A 3D composite structure positioned over Carbon-backed Slimewall® material reduces weight, dampens the ride, and results in superior energy transfer.
Sintered, Stone Ground Base – High-end sintered 4000 Ptex base material that is more durable, harder and faster than extruded.

Like all of Ride's bindings, the "Big Boy" 10 flex comes in both aluminum and composite options. The Ride C-10 Snowboard Bindings fall into the latter camp but are by no means a lesser binding. Still the stiffest option of the line, but with a touch more give for chattery snow and hard landings, the C-10 is the way to go for hard charging riders who demand the best support and prefer the smooth feel of a composite chassis.
Feel Rating – 10 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff)
C-Series Performance Chassis
C-Series EVA Basepad – A sheer layer of vibration absorbing material that deadens high-speed chatter.
Canted Footbed with PODS
Aluminum and Plastic Discs
Carbon Slimeback™ Highback – Made from laminated carbon and urethane, this unique highback offers the lightweight support and pop of carbon with the smooth dampened ride of urethane.
Three-Piece Ankle Strap
Minimalist Toe Strap with Overmold
Linkage Ratchet – Designed to improve ladder durability and eliminate ratchet wag, resulting in a smoother user experience with the same hold you expect.
