The Moment Deathwish 96 Skis deliver the fun and playfulness of the wider Deathwish skis in a smaller, more hard snow-oriented package that gives hard snow lovers (or those who consistently ski on such) something to cheer about. The Triple Camber rocker profile and solid Poplar and Beech sandwich construction are still there, but in a less massive package that welcomes quick directional changes and clean turns.

Rocker Type
Triple Camber Twin Rocker – Rocker at the tip and tail, low center camber, and two sections of micro-camber embedded in front of and behind the binding. Rocker and low camber let the ski surf and slash in powder, while the micro-camber sections create focused edge pressure on hardpack for carving.
Core
Poplar / Beech Wood Core – Full length, knot free, vertically laminated in house. Strong, damp and burly, beech provides the pinnacle of composure and calmness at the highest speeds in the most challenging conditions.

Rocker/Camber/Rocker Rocker/Camber/Rocker skis have the playfulness and float of a rockered ski as well as the added edge hold of a cambered ski. The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.
