The Stöckli Laser WRT Pro Skis + SRT12 Bindings are without peer in the world of full-blown carver skis that aren't actually race skis. With an otherworldly smooth ride, unbelievable energy, and an uncanny ability to hold an edge on the firmest of surfaces, the Laser WRT Pro doesn't come cheap but it's worth every Franc, Euro or Dollar it takes to get one. A narrow, near-race profile with 67mm waist, plenty of Titanal in the layup, and a classic Stöckli metallic look (the Titanal is covered by a clear textured topsheet that protects the finish) add up to the most fun you can have on a hard groomer day.
Camber
Race Core – Beech and Poplar woods
2 Titanal Laminates – Above and below the core
Carbon Power Turn – Carbon strip inserts around the binding plate underneath the wood core. Carbon fibers running lengthwise are tensioned during the initiation phase of the turn and release during the finish of the turn, effectively creating an extra explosive acceleration. Benefits include stronger acceleration, quicker edge switching, and improved agility.
Sandwich Construction
Racing Sidewalls Black – Phenol sidewalls with a harder resin plus carbon black lead to greater stability and more direct power transfer. Benefits include faster and more direct power transmission and improved agility when switching edges.
Racing Graphite Base – This coating has a higher graphite content compared to a conventional coating, thus offering even better gliding properties. The higher graphite content makes the coating highly abrasion resistant: less dust and other particles in the snow can penetrate the coating and cause a braking effect. Benefits include better gliding properties in all snow conditions, abrasion resistant coating, and more resistance to dust and particle ingress
Solid Metal Edge – Wider than conventional edges, a wider edge makes the ski a little more stable.
Full Edge Contact – The widest points of the sk are set further forward or back. This makes the shovel grip faster and the part of the edge in contact with the snow when the ski is tilted, becomes longer. Benefits include easier, faster turn initiation and improved grip in the turn due to the longer contact area.
Factory Edge Bevels – Base = 1.0˚. Side Edge = 2.0˚
Titanal Technology Pro – An additional protective coating featuring a slightly raised structure is applied to the titanal surface. This gives the ski better protection from scratches on the top surface and gives it a special haptic. Benefits include enhanced scratch resistance, optical effect, and reduced weight as the graphics are printed directly on the titanal.
SRT Speed D20 Plate – (pre-drilled)
SRT 12 Bindings Included | Compatible with GripWalk Soles – DIN range 4 - 12
Bindings Do Not Come Mounted to Skis – Always have a certified binding technician mount and adjust your bindings.
