The Yakima SkyRise HD Annex adds a whole separate room to your Yakima SkyRise rooftop tent, going from the floor of the tent all the way to the ground. This added space makes a huge difference, especially when camping in inclement weather. It's a place to store wet gear, or to keep gear from getting wet in the first place, and also makes a great changing room or covered hangout area.
