Product Info

Signal Park Snowboard 2012: The name says it all; the Signal Park Snowboard is built for those who lap the park during the day then rail hunt at night. The Park series boards have a “Park Profile” core, which is thinner at the nose and tail for less swing weight in air or popping between regular and switch, and with its Poplar core and Carbon stringers for maximum pop you’ll never have trouble ollieing up to that down-flat-down rail you’ve had your eyes on or boosting that extra height in pipe.

Product Details

Flex

Soft flex created by both the fiberglass and the Nylon top sheet provide a forgiving and playful feel to the board, perfect for butters, absorbing landings, and contouring around rails.

Construction and Core

Poplar core with an alternating grain structure throughout for maximum strength and pop. “Park Profile” core is thinner at the tip and tail of the board to reduce swing weight while keeping the standard thickness between your feet.

Biaxial fiberglass top and bottom helps to retain board shape at the same time being forgiving enough to hold your nose press in the park.

Matt Nylon 8210 top sheet for softer torsion flex.

Shape

Camber for faster edge-to-edge transfer and superior edge control essential in creating playful lines in the park.

The Twin shape keeps you center on the snow and in the air.

Radial sidecut feels the same whether regular or switch.

Sidewalls, Edges, and Base

Sidewall constructed from Magnum ABS resin and carbon stringers from tip to tail allow the board to take a beating in city streets.

Sintered base provides superior speed and impact resistance, especially important for city streets. The sintered base also provides superior wax absorption but needs to be maintained more often than an extruded base.
