FULL-ON, HIGH-END POWER FOR WOMEN Big upgrades for the '05 Kashmir are in store with full input from Ride's lady line-up headed by Janna Meyen. This year, our Thin Con - Sidewall is introduced for the smoothest response and durability. Built for the Riding diva embodying both finesse and power, the Kashmir's versatile shape and flex are a balance of aggressive-response and subtle mobility-focused design elements. The result is uncompromised power and grace.
45° THIN CON-Tapering the core and designing a deeper edge angle makes the Thin Con more assertive and honed to Rider input. Tapered tips and tails lower swing weight for greater aerial control, and the 45° angle makes certain the edge will grip into the snow, keeping turns consistent in the hardest of conditions.
AGGRESSION CORE- Fine-tuned snap and liveliness with our most advanced lay-up! Featuring snappy Carbon sandwiched between two damping layers, the Aggression CoreTM cancels Rider-fatiguing harmonics for the smoothest, most responsive power band on snow with no added weight.
GALLIUM SINTERED- This base material contains all the same properties of our True ColorTM Sintered Base but adds Gallium, which conducts heat from the surface of the base, ultimately lowering friction and surface tension, and enables a faster Ride.
TRIAXIAL FIBERGLASS- A versatile, high-end blend of glass consisting of three strands at 0°, 45° and -45° stitched together to complete a web around your board to increase torsional stiffness and response.
QUADRATIC SIDECUT- The Quadratic shape consists of three radii blended together. You start your turn on the larger tip radius for a smooth initiation, then you roll onto the center radius that is smaller and more aggressive, and then as you rock back onto the tail to finish your turn, you again have a larger radius, which provides a clean turn-exit or straight take-off from the transition lip.
