Dan Brisse is one of the most versatile and creative riders out there. Having said that, Dan used to need an arsenal of boards in order to keep up with him in the park, the pow and whatever else he discovers along the way. The CAPiTA DBX Snowboard offers an array of options, from park to powder depending on the size. There's a reverse camber 151 for jibbing, a zero camber 154 for the terrain park and cruising resorts, and a camber rocker camber blend 157 for powder and jumps. Pick your poison, but pick it wisely; because none of the DBX snowboards are for wimping out or riding slow.
151 cm: Freestyle Flatkick – Flat based to the outside of the bindings creates stability at high speeds. The tip and tail have reverse camber, elevating the contact points as well so you won't catch an edge as easily in the park, press smoothly and float in powder.
154 cm: Zero Camber – Completely flat for a loose, easy ride you can take anywhere.
157 cm: Freeride Flatkick – Capita's all-mountain shape gives riders the best of camber and rocker in one. Camber from binding to binding gives you high-speed edge hold even in variable terrain. The rockered tip and tail give you pop, float and an easy platform to land on.
Flex Rating: 6 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) – Buttery smooth perfection for all-mountain shred. Sturdy and responsive for high speeds, poppy and damp for park.
157 cm: New Age Directional | Death Grip – A progressive sidecut that incorporates a reverse arc in the midsection of the board. Less effective edge with reverse camber creates a point of contact to retain control throughout the turn. Death Grip improves edge hold in icy conditions.
True Twin – Ride switch, regular, or upside down, this board won't care; completely symmetrical from tip to tail.
RFC Sustainable Core + Bamboo – Eco-friendly core construction. RFC cores are made with single species Poplar grain and bamboo stringers to create a smooth and consistent ride. Strong and sturdy, the wood has no knots or joints to ensure you have a responsive ride with a uniform flex pattern.
Custom Weave | 4 x 20 mm Basalt Additives – Originating from solidified volcanic lava, basalt is an abundant resource long known for it's thermal properties, strength, and durability. Carefully oriented into the board, this natural material helps you increase power and pop while creating a damp, calm ride.

Wax Infused Rotation Sintered Base + Titanal Base Inlay – These bases are created by taking pellets of ultra-high-molecular-weight Polyethylene and compressing them through heat and pressure. The minuscule spaces left behind absorb wax and allow for extended periods of high-speed shredding as the wax wicks to the surface while you ride. This prevents your base from drying out and keeps the surface feeling freshly waxed throughout the day. Properly maintained sintered bases are fast and durable.
