3BT™ – Tip-to-tail camber with rockered sidebases in the tips. It's not rocker, it's not camber, it's Triple Base Technology. So when you stand in your bindings the contact edges are lifted up around the tail and nose. The pressure from your weight powers up the camber for pop and precision, and since the edges are lifted out of the snow, you won't catch an edge.

Park 3BT – Park 3BT is a true twin shape great for all kinds of park riding, from jumps to jib. The centerbase section is wide, making these boards stable at high speeds - just what is needed for solid kicker riding. This combination of center and sidebase geometry makes Park 3BT perfect for boards that need high-speed stability without losing any jib capabilities.
Reactor Light – A blend of Swiss paulownia and poplar woods with bamboo along the rails from tip to tail. The bamboo strengthens the board's sidewalls and edges against impacts while distributing smoother and stronger edge hold.
Extra Carbon Layups – Horizontal carbon stringers improve pop and reinforce the binding area while still allowing for smooth presses.
Tri Ax Laminate – Traditional three-way weave of fiberglass. Light, strong, and responsive.
Die-Cut-Base – Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.
Ultra Glide S – Maximum molecular content for a hardened sintered base that hauls ass. More molecules mean a denser base that can take a beating using ISOSPORT7000 series as a backbone.

The Switchback Twin Snowboard Bindings have been redesigned for the 17/18 season through Switchback's introduction of the AERON base. This minimalist, superlight base will let you push your freestyle riding. The Flatback highbacks give you flexibility, but also enough stability at speed. This binding has a slew of thoughtfully engineered features to take your freestyle game to the next level.
Medium Flex
AERON Base – Introduced in the Fall of 2017 after three years of R&D. It is a stronger and lighter base using an industry first construction method, overmolding forged aluminum with the highest grade polyamide nylon. It has a smaller disc, smaller footprint, and toolless size adjustability. It provides unparalleled fit regardless of boot brand and size.
Boot to Board Full EVA Heel Pad – Footpad with full boot to board EVA under the heel bone.
Boot to Board Full EVA Toe Ramp – The adjustable toe padding works like a gas pedal and cushioning at the same time thanks to the dual density foam in the toe area. It's soft enough to cushion impact and firm enough to not lose power transferred to the toe edge.
Overmolded Extruded Aluminum Heelcup – This heel enforcement is overmolded inside the heel cup to form an indestructible bond. Switchback is the first binding company to use this technology to create a unique blend of materials, offering an optimal combination of weight, strength, and flex.
Flatback – Eiki Helgason designed this highback for maximum tweakage from tip to tail while still tall and responsive vertically. With adjustable forward lean to dial in desired responsiveness, these highbacks are anatomically shaped to fit the riders natural stance.
Ergonomic Highback Design – Switchback's signature hole-in-the-highback design optimizes strength vs flex. When pressure is applied to the heelside for maximum power transfer, and when the boot flexes sideways the binding flexes as well.
Locking Highback Holder – Switchback's signature heelcup locks the highback in the upright position, but a small force (like a chairlift hitting the binding) will release to the highback to prevent the binding and board getting stuck.
Toolless Highback Replacement – Easily removable highback for packing or switching out to match different riding conditions.
Eames Strap – Composed of a rugged leather style cover and a solid pre molded EVA lining for a more responsive and powerful feel. The shaping and materials easily form and mold around any boot contour for a plush fit.

Triple Action Heel Ratchet – The triple tooth ratchet saves time strapping in. Created with the highest grade aluminum spring system to make sure they keep performing.
Triple Action Toe Ratchet – The toe ratchet has triple teeth to make each action super effective.
Channel Compatible Minidisk – The lighter and reduced footprint of the minidisk allows for a closer feel to the boards flex. Fully compatible with all mounting systems.
Over-Molded Forged Aluminum Power Rods – This helps transfer pressure from toe to heelside with minimal power loss. The aluminum rods are overmolded inside the heel cup to form an indestructible bond with no need for extra hardware.
