Armada T-Hall (Tanner Hall) Pro Model Skis 2011: The Armada T-Hall Pro Model Ski is a park specific ski as demanding as the man for whom it’s named. With a flex pattern designed to Tanner’s specification, it can do things off transitions, rails, and boxes that no other ski can do. Can you?
The Positive Camber engages the tip and tail of the ski, enhancing ease of entry and exit into and out of a turn, while maintaining solid edge hold
Dimensions: Tip: 117mm (166) / 118mm (171) / 119mm (176) / 120mm (181)
Waist: 84mm (166) / 85mm (171) / 86mm (176) / 87mm (181)
Tail: 107mm (166) / 108mm (171) / 109mm (176) / 110mm (181)
AR50 is ABS sidewall meets cap construction – the best of both worlds. This engineering method combines the lightweight cap construction in the tip and tail with ABS sidewall underfoot, resulting in enhanced and significantly lower swing and overall weight.
Improved for 10/11, the new S7 base features a gliding additive for increased speed and longevity. The toughest base, find the S7 on any ski that’s looking for rails, ledges, and boxes as much as snow
A blend of Carbon/Kevlar stringers run along the tail of the skis with CK stringer to help stabilize it. This creates a better landing platform, especially when your weight is further back than intended. It also increases snap and adds pop to ollies
2.5 impact edge has an oversized height and width and the steel is heat-treated to a proprietary hardness which helps resist breaking and tearing out from rails, ledges and any other abuse it might meet.
A medium flex combines with the Triple Zone core (three high density wood stringers that sit along ultra light wood) to create a powerful, durable core with explosive energy return. Triple Zone cores resist compression without creating unnecessary weight. Bi-axial fiberglass runs in an “x” pattern down the ski to control lateral flex. Uni-directional fiberglass controls flex along the length of the ski. And tri-axial fiberglass, with fibers running in three directions, beefs up the center of the ski.
Tip: 5, Waist: 8, Tail: 5.5 (1 Soft – 10 Stiff)
Requires a binding brake width between 90mm and 100mm
