Cut through cold winds with the POC Pro Thermal Jacket, a lightweight piece that's surprisingly warm. It has special fibers on the front to block the wind, with enough venting through the sides to keep you from overheating (and then freezing to death when you stop). It's DWR-coated and has that signature POC look: simple but well-designed.
