Waterproof & Breathable Membrane
DRYVENT™ – Fully waterproof, windproof and breathable. We treat the outer face of the textile with a durable water-repellent finish that helps form droplets and repel water from the surface. Each multi-layered textile allows water vapor to pass through from the inside to the outside.
Non-PFC Durable Water-Repellent (Non-PFC DWR) Finish – Non-PFC durable water-repellent (non-PFC DWR) finish is an effective water repellent that does not contain perfluorinated or polyfluorinated chemicals.

550 Fill Down Insulation – The North Face® use the highest-quality down in our products for its superior insulating properties and warmth-to-weight ratio. Each lot of down is tested for loftiness, moisture resistance and ability to regain loft after compression.
Responsible Down Standard – All of the virgin down used by The North Face® is certified to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) by Control Union. The RDS certifies down and feathers against animal welfare requirements and tracks it from farm to final product.
HEATSEEKER™ – Synthetic insulation that is made with hollow-core fibers for added warmth, performance and durability. Made with at least 70% post-consumer recycled polyester.
