eBay orders can be canceled for an optional fee of $15 per auction.  What does this mean?  If you win an auction and decide that you would not like to continue with the purchase, we offer the option to end your eBay obligation for $15.  This charge is set in place in order for us to recoup our fees for listing and re-listing the auction along with the cost of restocking inventory.  You also have the alternative of purchasing product of equal or greater value and having the cancellation fee completely waived; it is up to you.  And lastly, if you decide not to pay the fee or purchase another item, you will be marked as a nonpaying bidder.
