Ride, paddle, and practice yoga in one of Oregon’s most remote areas on this women’s only mountain bike and yoga retreat.

This is a women only mountain bike and yoga retreat; guided by our female partners at Trans-Cascadia Expeditions, you will mountain bike, SUP and flow with some of the most talented and inspirational women in the PNW. The Old Cascade Crest is one of Oregon’s most remote and untouched places to mountain bike, and luckily for you, we’ve navigated this area extensively and have put together an incredible three days of riding in an area few go. This is a difficult place to ride without vehicle support, so expect daily shuttles so we can maximize our day. Don’t worry though, there will be plenty of pedaling, as this area demands an effort to reach the many peaks we’ll be ascending. When you're not riding through the forest, enjoy daily yoga sessions from a professional yoga instructor and enjoy paddling on beautiful alpine lakes. Our crew of shuttle drivers, instructors and chefs are all women so you will be sure to make some new friends and riding buddies as well! The window to ride here is short, so take advantage with us while you can!

Area Information
The Old Cascade Crest

Located in the Willamette National Forest, nestled next to the Middle Santiam Wilderness, the Old Cascade Crest trail, is a 50-mile backcountry mecca just an hour from Bend.

The trail system was constructed between 1930 and 1950, and was first built by the CCC and later completed by the USFS. the network was finished as recent as the mid 90’s where the USFS connected all of these trails. The Three Pyramids, North Crescent and South Pyramid Creek Trail. The South Pyramid Creek Trail was an old Native American Pathway that was discovered in the process of the trail’s development…. you can just imagine the history in this area and how many different people have used it throughout time. It’s been dormant for the past 20 years, with very little use… and now it’s your turn to see what it’s all about.

Trip Planning

Trip Planning

We will be biking, swimming, camping and doing yoga so be sure to bring everything you need to do all of the above! Weather in this area can be generally dry and warm one minute and cold and damp the next, so we highly recommend a layering system and don't forget the rain gear! Nights are cold, so be sure to bring a sleeping bag rated at below freezing (or lower) along with a warm jacket for sitting by the campfire at night.
