Why Join This Clinic?

Progression-first format focused on maximizing ride time

Top-tier, certified coaching — no fluff, just real skills

Low coach-to-rider ratios for plenty of personalized attention

Supportive, inclusive community of women riders

We’ll start each day at evo’s new rental centre in Whistler Village with coffee, snacks, and a gear check before heading out to ride the Whistler Valley trail network. Our days are built around ride time — not waiting around — and structured to include skill drills, sessioning key trail features, and putting it all together on full runs. At the end of each day, we’ll wrap up with a post-ride hang and some local après vibes.

This isn’t your typical clinic — it’s about building confidence and flow through repetition, connection, and expert coaching in one of the best riding destinations in the world.

Choose from 4 available weekends, or join us for a couple!  Over two days we’ll blend skill development, trail application, and confidence building on Whistler’s Valley trails. Expect targeted drills, real world trail time, and supportive coaching that meets you where you are - all wrapped in good vibes and shared stoke.

This camp is open to Intermediate through Advanced riders. Three camps are designed for Intermediate / Intermediate+ riders (May, June, and August). One camp is open to Intermediate+ through Advanced riders (July).

Should I bring my own bike? Will bike rentals be available?

You are welcome to bring your own mountain bike if you have one. Or, if you’d like to rent a bike, evo Rentals in the Whistler Village will have plentiful options available, at an exclusive, discounted 30% off rate for clinic participants. If the latter, then we recommend you pre-book your rental sooner than later as these are subject to availability.

This clinic will have a maximum of 15 participants, however the group will be broken down into smaller riding groups with a 5 (or 6, maximum) :1 student to coach ratio, to ensure you get the instruction and personalized attention you need to feel confident.

Should I tip my coach?

Yes! Tipping is customary and is greatly appreciated.

Should I purchase travel insurance?

Travel insurance is recommended for your trip that includes medical. Typically bikes are not 100% covered by travel insurance policies. Many homeowners or renters policies do cover bikes while traveling abroad, so be sure to check into this before the trip. If you wish to get extra insurance for your bike, we recommend Velosurance. For standard trip insurance, if you do not wish to insure your bike or have bike coverage from another policy, we recommend World Nomads.

What if I need to cancel my trip?

Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee (see policy below). For this reason, we recommend purchasing travelers insurance, which will cover the cost of your trip in extenuating circumstances. All cancellations must be submitted to evo in writing, are effective as of the date we receive them according to our internal records and will be subject to a cancellation fee as follows: Cancellation 31+ days prior to trip departure - $50 administrative fee. Cancellation 30 or less days prior to departure - 100% of total booking cost.
