Product Details

Rocker Type:
Powder Turn Rocker: Newly redesigned to deliver even more versatility and superior flotation. A longer, more progressively rockered tip minimizes "tip flap" in variable snow and hardpack while the tapered, more powerful tail drops into soft snow, enhancing flotation and providing effortless steering with instant speed control. Traditional camber underfoot delivers power, energy and edge grip for groomed snow performance. Powder Turn Rocker
Sidecut:
Centered Sidecut: The sidecut features a unique tapering of tip and tail with a short sidecut directly underfoot. A deep radius gives edge grip and power underfoot while a short length of sidecut allows easy steering and playfulness.
Shape:
Air Tip: An all-new, patented air-honeycomb design reduces the weight and dramatically reduces the swing weight of the ski by nearly 30%. This significantly enhances maneuverability, giving the ski an ultra-light feel. The tip is reinforced with ABS for durability and enhanced torsional rigidity.
Core:
Light Core: All-new ultra-lightweight Paulownia wood core with Race Department Diago Fiber laminate combines with the Air Tip to reduce overall ski weight by 20%, enhancing maneuverability and touring capabilities, with no compromise in downhill performance.
Laminates:
Sandwich Laminate: Wood cores with high tech laminates provide the ultimate in stability, power and durability.
Free V.A.S.: Visco elastomer material helps to smooth the rocker/camber transition, reducing "tip flap" and increasing stability, and maintaining control and snow contact in variable conditions.
Sidewalls:
Traditional: Apply direct pressure to the edges for increased precision and edging power
Additional Features:
Compatible with Soul 7 Climbing Skin: Pre-Cut
Binding Compatibility:
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
