The Yeti Cycles SB115 T-Series Special Edition Complete Mountain Bike is a XC fiend that will gladly hang with bikes packing twice the squish. Its beloved Switch Infinity suspension platform is perfect for its shorter-travel, where it accelerates like an XC racer - lightweight, responsive, and nimble. Somehow it turns 4.5" of rear travel into something much more when the trail goes haywire, soaking up bumps dang near how a bigger trail bike would. Yeti's got the slack geo figured out, and they've matched it with their premium TURQ Series Carbon Frame on this model. Fox Factory DPS Rear Shock: The Float DPS’ lightweight chassis, EVOL air spring, and dual piston damper with 3-position switch help conserve energy for when you need it most. “Factory” says it all – feature-packed and designed to exceed the demands of Fox's Factory-level riders. What Fox sells is what they race. Factory Series products feature slippery smooth, ultra-durable Genuine Kashima Coat.

Switch Infinity Suspension: Switch Infinity utilizes a patented translating pivot that switches direction as the bike moves through its travel. This provides excellent anti-squat characteristics for superior pedaling performance and ideal suspension characteristics as it gets deeper into the travel.
Internal Cable Routing: This may seem like a small thing, but having a clean aesthetic on the frame along with internally molded carbon tubes inside for hassle-free cable routing is key. It makes for a quiet ride and ease of maintenance. For Yeti, building a great frame is all about the details.
Integrated Axle and Hanger: The integrated axle and derailleur hanger system is built for simplicity and strength. Utilizing a left-hand thread to secure the hanger allows Yeti to incorporate the same machine piece for the axle retention. A clever little system the engineers spent many hours on that might get overlooked.
Integrated Frame Protection: The frame protectors for the down tube and chainstay are custom molded to match the frame. This guarantees a proper fit and adhesion to the frame for years of protection without the need for replacement or additional adhesives.
Bottle Cage Mount: Within the front triangle, fits piggyback shocks.

SRAM AXS Eagle Rear Derailleur and Shifter: Pure shifting performance. Eagle AXS shifts under load, over the roughest terrain, uphill, and without changing your grip on the bar. With a tucked in and robust cage that's 10mm shorter, it's further forward and inward to protect from impacts. Should they occur, the motor gearbox disengages, giving the derailleur freedom to move, instantly returning back to its position.
Brakes:
Shimano Ice Tech Rotors: Designed to fight fade, Ice Tech delivers consistent performance on long downhills. With radiation fins on the pads and a 3-layer sandwich construction in the rotors, Ice Tech is quieter, lighter, and long-life.
Shimano XTR 2-Piston: Inside the calipers machined from a single block of titanium there are ceramic pistons. This makes for an extremely lightweight, rigid, and powerful set of brakes. There's a reason these are on so many high-level race bikes!
Wheelset:
Maxxis Rekon Race Tires: The Rekon is an aggressive trail tire inspired by the Ikon for intermediate and technical terrain. Wide knobs down the middle provide control under braking and L-shaped side knobs assure support when carving loose turns. With confidence like this you can race more and scout less with the Rekon.
DT Swiss XR 1700: If cross country means high speed after work rides and the occasional endurance race to you, then you should have a closer look at the XR 1700 SPLINE wheels.
