Flex Rating: 3 (1 Soft-10 Stiff) Rocker between your feet and in front of your feet towards the tip and tail with V-Rocker creates catch-free playfulness and improved float from peak to park. Frostbite Edges enhance power and grip, balancing the board’s overall loose and forgiving feel.
Construction and Core
The Fly core is Burton’s classic tip to tail wood core, constantly improved upon in terms of flex, feel, pop, and strength. Biax Fiberglass features a jib-friendly, low-torsional flex and forgiving, park-friendly feel.

The tapered tip and tail thickness of Pro-Tip reduces swing weight for easier mobility and float.
Sidewalls, Edges and Base
Edges beneath your bindings extend out slightly for tremendous edge-hold on hard, icy conditions. Rocker A rocker board side profile is the opposite of a camber board, with a smooth downward curvature to it and less edge contact length when the board is weighted. Rocker boards float well in powder and pivot more easily underfoot. They also tend to be less “hooky” at both tip and tail and better for landing spin maneuvers when you don’t quite have enough rotation.
