What's more than having an Evil Twin, is having an Evil Twin on your side. The Bataleon Evil Twin Snowboard time and time-again has proven itself as a freestyle innovator and a staple for park-riders everywhere. A solid relationship with your Evil Twin is important because once you both have calibrated to each other, a Twin Pow 3BT profile, Core Core and Kevlar, and a Tri-Ax Laminate are going to mesh seamlessly with your style to torture whatever dares come before you. A medium flex gives loads of control for park riders that know what tricks they're rolling out while supporting all-mountain riders and progression for beginners. The Evil Twin is ready to duke it out on the daily now that it's laid up with a Tri-Ax Laminate and Kevlar Fleece for space-age protection against rails. Join forces with your Evil Twin.
Twin Pow 3BT Bataleon's new Twin Pow 3BT was inspired by their tapered pow and freeride designs, but put into a shorter, wider, twin frame that handles deeps as well as it pops and rides switch. The 3BT sections match this shape by being shorter and wider as well. The larger surface area means you can size down and ride a more maneuverable board, yet still get the same float and stability.
Flex Rating: 5 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) This is a medium flex board hitting a balance between freestyle play and forgiveness with control, response and support for harder riding. Great for all-mountain riders who want to do it all!
Core Core Dual density full wood core composed of poplar with beech running tip to tail along the insert packs. The added beech hardwood strengthens the board's backbone under the bindings and produces more pop from tip to tail while still offering a comfortable lateral flex.
V-Core Profile Bataleon's full-length wood V-Core Profile has material milled out between the inserts to create a highly maneuverable and natural flexing feel between the feet. Under the bindings and towards the tips is normal thickness for strength to load up pop and put down landings.
Tri-Ax Laminate Bataleon's tri-axial or three-way fiberglass is a weave of fibers in three directions: 45, 0 and -45 degrees. It's like their bi-ax layup with with added fibers running tip to tail. This stiffens up the board and adds more snap, while also offering better edge control and grip. The added strands of glasses make boards more aggressive and more responsive overall.
Kevlar Fleece Used with the same purpose as the composite fleece, but Kevlar is lighter, stronger and even more powerful with energy transfer underfoot and edge to edge. Increases board strength and power transfer.
Sintered Base Hard and fast. Sintered base material is tough stuff and its microscopic pores retain wax nuggets for a slick slide. To get the maximum benefits from a sintered base it needs to be waxed regularly. Bataleon finishes theirs with a proper hot wax before they leave the factory.
Die-Cut Base Base color displayed may not be available. Base colors may vary.

Comments about Bataleon Evil Twin Snowboard 2016:
The first model evil twin was absolutely great in terms of switch. I can't tell you how many times I was going to eat it but right at the last second the board would straighten itself out whether I was riding goofy or regular . On top of that , I would get a lot of air time with this board which is great . I'm more of a rail and box type of boarder so I did appreciate how forgiving the board could be when landing. It would also turn a lot on a box or a rail . I once did a 360 unintentionally on a long flat skinny box.
The second Bataleon evil twin rode like an absolute dream . I enjoyed this board almost twice as much as I did the last because it suited me way more as a box hittin , rail tappin' , regular style boarder ! It would keep me , for the most part , pointed straight forward without as much sloppy turning . It was much easier to have CONTROL over my board . On top of that , 180 landings were just as smooth as my first Bataleon board . This board is light and durable. It pretty much takes you where you want to go , whether it may be a 25 foot kicker or C - rail . I absolutely loved buttering this baby up .
