Built specifically for the big guy who rides in a big way, this board boasts a relatively stiff flex rating that's bolstered by carbon and bamboo layups to keep things stable and responsive. Nuking down chunderous terrain, however, can get chattery so CAPiTA incorporated Forged Carbon tips and a Urethane Topsheet Anchor to subdue shock. Crank those bindings down another notch, point it downhill, and experience the feeling of confidence at Millenium Falcom-like speeds with the CAPiTA Warpspeed Snowboard.

Rocker Type:

Mountain V2 Profile: The Mountain V2 profile design features mid-body camber with a flat tail and a reverse cambered nose. This allows for tons of pop and stability on hard pack while increasing float and landing power, improving the rider's performance in deep snow. The camber runs longer in the tail on the Warpseed providing extra power for the larger riders drawn to a dedicated wide series. Mountain V2 Profile

Shape:

Progressive Sidecut: A progressive sidecut consists of two or more radii blended together to accommodate the three stages of a turn. They provide easy turn initiation while offering greater control throughout the turn and maximum power when exiting.

Flat Kick Technology: With CAPiTA's Flat Kick design technology, they've tightened the tip profile radius that blends the shoulders of the board into the tip and tail height on reverse camber boards. The tight tip radius in conjunction with tuned blend zones allows you to have a forgiving and easy to ride reverse camber board that is still responsive and quick during edge-to-edge transitions. This also creates a flat tip and tail which increases jibbing stability and also helps the board plane on top of powder creating float and control.

Titanal Base Inlay: Titanal is a high strength hardened aluminum wrought alloy with excellent compression strength to weight ratios. A perfect top core structural reinforcement, these 20mm Titanal struts resist longitudinal compression.

Multitech™ Level 5 DeepSpace™: Strategically layering ink on multiple levels from the top and the bottom, CAPiTA imbues their graphics with a sense of life through depth.

PAM16000™ Topsheet: Spec'd out to the tits with a mind-boggling sixteen thousand ink jet nozzles, PAM16000™ makes our knees weak and our hearts palpitate. She can now spit out solventless, water-based UV inks at twice the speed with the same deadly accuracy and quality.

PLT Topsheet Technology™: PLT™ technology is exclusive to CAPiTA MFG and magically bonds the topsheet to an already pressed snowboard. This is magical because the rest of the world mashes their topsheet on with glue, heat and pressure during the pressing stage. Doing so causes the fiberglass structure underneath to show through the topsheet. And because nobody wants to spend their hard earned cash on a bumpy snowboard, many companies slather their tops with a thick, toxic lacquer to smooth things out. Not only is that ish heavy and can potentially develop unsightly hairline cracks, it's also really unhealthy for the working environment. The PLT™ machine produces a featherlight, smooth, high-gloss finish, without all that poisonous deadweight.

Additional Features:

Made at the Mothership (100% Hydro Powered Facility): The NH3 natural gas heating system has an ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) and GWP (Global Warming Potential) of 0, with a COP (coefficient of performance) of 5. This means that for every 1 unit of energy consumed by the system, 5 units of energy for heating and cooling is achieved. It's like making the effort to spin a 360, but landing a silky smooth 1800 instead. The Mothership is also designed to maximize the use of natural light during the day by having ample skylights and strategically placed interior cutaways throughout the entire facility -- while energy efficient LED lighting acts as supplementary illumination where necessary.
