Volkl Revolt 85 Skis 2018

For the ultimate in swing weight, durability and freestyle feel, the Volkl Revolt 85 Skis are hard to beat. A perfectly symmetrical flex makes switch takeoffs and landings second nature, while the medium to large turn radius ensures you've got the speed and landing stability you need when stepping up to the XL line.

Product Details

Rocker Type:
Tip & Tail Rocker: Makes the ski turn-friendly and allows for a stiffer flex setup. Only the shovel and tail zones bend upwards, with traditional cambering in the middle for pop. Tip & Tail Rocker
Shape:
Symmetrical Shape: Fully symmetrical sidecut allows regular and switch riding with equal ease.
Full Twin Tip
Core:
Multi-Layer Wood Core: Völkl freeskiing models feature a multi-layer wood core that features two different densities of wood. In the binding attachment area, a dense, ash core is used, while in the rest of the ski, the core is poplar. The more dense wood creates more secure screw retention, preventing binding pull-out, and the soft, supple poplar section allows for resilience and snap. The flex pattern is tailored to each ski model, depending on the desired performance. Multi-Layer Wood Core
Sidewalls:
Full Sidewall: Direct and strong power transmission with full length sidewalls. Full Sidewall
Base:
P-Tex 2000 Base
Binding Compatibility:
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
