Garmont Radium Thermoski Boots 2012: Walking the fine line between touring ability and performance skiing are the Garmont Radium Thermoski Boots. These boots are light and very easy for walking, but boast a stiff 130 AT flex that lets you buckle down for great alpine performance.
Liners
G-fit liner that is fully-thermoformable and features heel-lock L-pads, 4 different foam thicknesses and densities, and T-Bar Pebax tongue reinforcement, a Garmont first

Materials
Multi-injected lower shell and cuff built from Pebax for the lightest weight and a flex that is the least temperature sensitive
Flex and Fit
A 130 AT flex and the PowerWrap overlap design combine for an insane level of comfort and performance. The PowerWrap design follows the contours of the foot and ankle closely for lightning fast response and comfort. This design takes into account space for the first metatarsal, the “6th toe”, navicular bone, and a deep supportive heel cup with space for common heel spurs.
Cuff Shape
With a 25 degree forward lean the Garmont Radium Thermoski Boots utilize a unique overlap system that eliminates the restrictive tongue to allow more independent movement between the cuff and lower shell.
