Comments about Rossignol Squad Sensor 90 Ski Boots 2011:

I bought these online after being fit in the Evo store. I wear a size 9 in running shoes but a mondo 25.5 was the best fit for my feet. I've had these out 5 times, only in the spring, and here are my thoughts.
-They are pretty flexy for a 90 rating. I only weigh 160 and I can flex them quite a bit. It's fine for relaxing in the groomers but once you push it a bit you'll start to feel a bit more flex than you probably want.
-The boots are wide in the toebox but skinny in the ankle area. Fine if you have normal feet but I have flat feet and will need to have the shell punched out to make one of my feet fit without rubbing at the ankle.
-They do work well if you have big (sprinter's) calves.
-The moldable liner is nice but you should certainly get replacement footbeds. I didn't even attempt to use the boots with the factory liner so I can't rate it. It was very thin and basically there because it had to be.
-They are pretty comfortable for ski boots. The last 4 times I've been skiing, I've been out for 6+ hours each time and I have never lost circulation or had "hot spots" on either foot.
-As another reviewer mentioned, they do seem to scratch easily.

I would rate them as a good buy for an intermediate/advanced ski boot.

Comments about Rossignol Squad Sensor 90 Ski Boots 2011:

I wear men's 6.5 wide. I checked the sizing chart and it appeared this would fit - it recommended a mondo 24.5, but that was way too long. The boot at 102mm was also too narrow. So because of the non-return policy on used items, this one will be sitting in my garage after one use - only out [$]though, but tough to buy boots online without having first tried it on. Also found that the boot scratched easily. Boot entry was easy though.

Comments about Rossignol Squad Sensor 90 Ski Boots 2011:

There is an adjustment screw on the side of the boot for adjustment you need an allen rench that comes with the boot to adjust it but my advice is DO NOT adjust it. I stripped the threads the 2nd time I tired adjusting the tilt and now the tilt is all screwed up and the boot doesnt feel symetrical and that sucks. Also get a booster strap or make sure the velcro strap is tight or your will be getting some major shin bang. Overall not a bad boot, I just wish I didnt mess with the adjustment screw.

I like the boots and figure to get a few years out of them. Word of advice, toss the hard foam inserts and get fitted by a pro.

Already had the boots out three times. Excellent bang for your buck. Lots of adjustment. Very comfortable with just the right amount of flex. Wore them for 6-8 hours each time without issue.
