These boots are a 2009 model, but boots haven't changed much in the past few years. There hasn't been a big leap forward with boots that would make this model obsolete. Everyone asks are those new boots, I say "yep". None of my peers can tell that they are a 2009 model, and I work as a ski instructor. The price is rock bottom for a great boot thats easy to get on and off. It runs a little big, so if your foot isn't wide you can fit into the 8.5 mens if you normally wear a 9.5 to 10 running shoe. They do pack out nicely. Only complaint is that they are not the warmest boot out there.

I thought they may be a little small when I ordered, I wear a size 10 Hunting Boot and 9 1/2 Running Shoe, and ordered this ski boot size 8 1/2. (26.5 Mondo) And they fit great. I have worn them several days now and they are still "packing in",they are snug but not painful by any means. They slid on easily, with a super thin sock. The flex is stiff but not so stiff that it hinders walking.(If your used to wearing ski boots.) I can't believe they were so cheap! I own several pairs of boots and these are my favorite. Can really get energy transfer to the skis. When walking around they are "grippy". I also noticed how well I could feel the ground under the ball of foot, almost like running shoes.

I just go the boot about 10 days ago and skied on them about 6 of those days. The first few days were super rough and I was seriously thinking I might have to put them on the shelf. Then the 4th day they got much better and I have no pain or cramps. The boot filled out great and Im loving them completely now!

I just got the boots today so have not skied in them yet, but thought since there are no reviews something is better than nothing. I will come back and give my impression after I get them out. I ski in bounds mainly, but off the groomers. I was attracted to the stiffness as I like responsive boots and do not want to be sliding around while going through the trees or down steep cruddy terrain. I will ski in all conditions being from the midwest and on ice I hate boots that slip around.

I wear size 10 running shoes and 9.5 dress shoes. These boots fits really well. I do not have overly wide feet, but definitely not narrow. These are really comfortable along the side of the foot, no cramping. Feet were snug to front, but dialed in it was comfortable and solid. I would not go larger. The fleece lining is soft and very comfortable. Can see being in them all day and not having any issue.

They are easy to get on and off IMO. They took a little leverage, but it was not painful in the least. Very happy with the product for the price for sure. Living in Chicago I don't get out all of the time so I go cheap when I can. That's why I love EVO!

Skied 5 times in them so far, all types of snow, very responsive boot. They fit my feet like they were made for me, and have been warm and dry so far. Not sure I can get used to the all white look, but that is the only negative, and can be easily fixed!

looks great, fits... that other story. Boots in general are about one size to small. Thin liner won't compensate to big differences.
After good fitting they perform great on the slope, you can push the limits!

Looks: The first thing you notice is the furry liner material, and that they make you look like a storm trooper.

Performance: These boots are pretty stiff, and definitely take some time & tuning to break in, but once they do they are great.

These boots fit, feel and perform incredibly well in the back country, off piste or ripping groomed runs. Definitely the best value/bargain I have ever found on Evo.

All around great boot reminds me of my older langes but with a shorter flex pattern performs well with both my race skis and rockered powder skis. Skis switch well also. When I got the boot it felt to small I put a shoe last in to stretch liners out. After skiing about three days they feel great. So give them time to stretch.

Purchased these 2 weeks ago and ski every day in them.the first 3 days they felt tight as a new glove but I knew they would wear in nicely, and they have.they are a perfect fit for my narrow heel and have excellent feel in the toe area. this boot enables me to control my ski accurately with no slop. If you like precision,this is the one.
