Lange Fluid 12 Ski Boots: The Lange Fluid 12 Ski Boot is a high performance boot designed for the skier who needs the performance of a plug boot, but would like a little more room for the foot. Lange’s design philosophy of a hinged boot and a long flex pattern set the foundation for the Fluid shell.

  • Flex and Fit:The Lange Fluid 12 Ski Boot is perfect for Intermediate or Advanced skiers who only ski occasionally. Great choice for the lighter weight skier with a medium to high volume foot. You'll get steering and control at an affordable price. Flex is best described as being supple yet firm. Very predictable. Light weight skiers will get a lot of performance form a boot like this.
  • Cuff Shape:A Power Spoiler on the upper cuff adds additional power to the inside of the boot. The cuff is more "V" shape than straight. This higher volume cuff suites a larger athletic calf perfectly.
  • Liners:The new 3DL liner eliminates the need to stitch multiple materials together which means no seams.
  • Additional Features:The Lange Fluid 12 Ski Boots have replaceable toe and heels for durability.

I am a 70+ year old skier who still competes and loves to ski at high speed. The new lange boots provide a platform which provides a new level of stability, by centering my weight over the skis and eliminating the subtle shifting of the feet in the boots I experienced in previous equipment. While providing confortable room for the balls of the feet, they hold my heels in the center of the boot and allow no movement of the foot while transitioning through turns.
