I am a lift foreman and lift mechanic who wears ski boots 6 days a week, at least 8 hours a day for 5 months a year. These boots are amazing for advanced and expert skiing and the Vibram soles make standing, walking and climbing around lift terminals and towers much easier than plastic soled boots.

I have the 2009 model which I was extremely satisfied with. I couldn't find a suitable replacement so I decided to buy the 2010 model. I assumed they would be the same boot with a few aesthetic differences. Everything I loved was the same except the size was all wrong. I ordered a 24.5 (which was a 285 sole length on my 2009 models) These are 292 and when I did a shell fit I could get two fingers behind my heel. I'm hoping a size smaller will fit.

My recommendation: size down! Otherwise this is a fantastic boot.

Even though you these are women's boots, they come in men's sizes. So what you think is a women's 6.0 is really like a 7.5. Even the mondo sizes (if listed in mondo) run much larger than they should be. Literally had to order these boots 3 different times and still couldn't get the right size because it turns out Lange doesn't cover the small end of the size range. Potentially a great boot, if only it fits.

This is an amazing boot for the price! I was looking for a stiffer boot with a narrow last and this is exactly what I got. Very comfortable too. Like the Vibram sole for walking around slippery areas.

The only issue is the sizing is WAY off. I ended up getting a size 4 (usually wear W6.5-7) and the sole length is 276mm, which is perfect, but took me multiple orders to get there.

I absolutely love these boots. I'm 37 years old and my last pair of boots was Lange when I was 21, they last THAT long if you want them to. I love these boots as I like a boot that I can tighten a lot so that I have great control and these boots have a lot of different options for comfort control and adjusting. The materials that Lange uses are always the best and I love the gel tongue. I find these boots to be comfortable, with the exception of my first couple of days, I did have some boot bang, but I account that to just breaking them in and probably how I personally adjusted them. After that, they were perfect.

People keep writing about the sizes and how off they were, but I don't find that to be true. I used the sizing charts that were given, measured my actual foot with a ruler by standing on it flat footed to get my Mondo size (which is just centimeters) and then used the chart to see what US size that was according to Lange, I did not base it on my regular shoe size. I also knew that I would want it smaller than my regular shoe as the cushioning will flatten over time. Worked out of the box, but maybe I just got lucky. Take the time to measure your foot, don't go by your shoe size.

A great boot with firm flex. These boots are best for a narrow foot, which is why I always ski Lange. Several of their newer models aren't as narrow however.
