Wow, let me just start by saying, what a fantastically designed ski boot. So a few years back I was younger and a little ignorant and ended up getting a size 30.5 boot for my size 10.5/11 foot, when I really need a 28.5. I got a way oversized boot because, at the time, I was being helped by a less than competent boot fitter and I said that I felt comfortable it in. I have pretty wide feet and muscular calves, so when I sized up the boot it felt better, when it actuality it was not the boot for me. This was 3 years ago, I've come a long way, and needed a proper boot. I went out boot shopping and tried on what had to be 5 or 6 pairs of boots that were really uncomfortable to bearable, but then I put on the Boss. I was a little speechless at first, it didn't feel like any boot I had ever tried on before. Very comfortable from the second I put them on, and skiing in them? Forget about it . . . literally, you will forget you are wearing ski boots, except that your feet will be very nice and warm. They feel super super solid and the canting and other options make them very accommodating, I always feel planted to the ski and ground in these boots. The only downside is they are on the heavier side but personally I don't see it as a downside though, I think it's one of the atributes of the boot that make them feel solid. Anyway in short, the Dalbello Boss is a great boot for people with all size feet/calves and people who will be predominately skiing off trail or in the park.

I'm a 50+, advanced, all mountain skier with wide feet and huge calves who loves bumps and trees. They went on tight but never hurt. I had to crank them down a couple of times during the day but never had to loosen them, not even for lunch.Roomy yet snug, Couldn't be happier. Dalbello Boss rocks!

This is the first boot I've ever been able to ski in all day with minimal numbness. The flex could be a little soft for some, but with the addition of an Intuition Powerwrap liner I think this is one of the better options for anvanced skiers with a fat forefoot. Be sure to do a shell fit. I wear a size 9 street shoe and had a one finger shell fit on a size 25.0

Overall, the Boss boot by Dabello is a very well built item. I look for quaility workmanship and components when making a larger purchase and these boots have just that.
