Dalbello Boss Ski Boots 2015

The name says it all. The Dalbello Boss Ski Boots are for you, el jefe, destroyer of the steep and deep. With Dalbello's famed Cabrio 3 piece technology on your side, Dynalink rearfoot retention keeping you firmly in the heel pocket, and an ideal all-mountain flex of 100-110, the Boss will keep you firmly in control.
Fit
Contour 4 Shell-Fit - Exclusive Dalbello construction technology that maps the anatomical contours of the foot to create subtle "comfort zones" at 4 critical foot points: ankle, heel, 5th metatarsal & navicular. Relief contours molded into the inside lower shell at these 4 points provide a close and accurate fit and minimize the need for shell modifications.

Last: 103 mm - Extremely versatile fitting last combines an expanded volume forefoot and toebox area with a close fitting rearfoot ankle area. This comfortably accommodates a wide range of foot shapes with max foothold and exceptional comfort.

Drive and Control Technology - Dalbello concentrates on proper heel wrap in the rear of the boot for full control and direct power transmission. Comfort and wrapping zones in the mid and forefoot are designed for better blood circulation and warmth.
Flex
Flex: 100-110 Adjustable - A good compromise for all-mountain advanced skiers that would like some adjustability in their boot flex.

Liner
TRUFIT Performer Liner - Medium Density Ulteva Foam, C4 fit pattern, Adaptive Comfort toebox, Heat System Ready construction w/ Orthofit Performance Insole

Shell Materials
3-Piece Cabrio Design Architecture - Cabrio Design ski boots are uniquely engineered to incorporate 3 components: the lower shell, upper cuff and, and external shell tongue. This permits the use of stiffer plastics in the lower shell without affecting the smooth and progressive forward flex that's controlled with the shell tongue. This design strengthens the support around the foot for precise lateral transfer of power. Overall the advantage is smoother power transmission, progressive flex and dynamic rebound. Plus the boot is super convenient to put on and take off.

Bi-Injected Frame Design - Two different density materials fused into one structure to combine power (hard) with comfort and convenient entry (soft).
Shell / Cuff / Tongue - Transparent PE (Polyethylene) Bi-Injected / PU (Polyurethane) / PU
Stance
Center Balanced Stance - Foot angle, cant angle, and cuff inclination engineered into the shell and cuff position skiers in a balanced and centered stance for optimal performance and response with new ski shapes, cambers, and rocker designs. Got rocker? Get True Balance!

Shaft Alignment (Canting) - The lateral orientation of the cuff in relation to the lower shell can be angled to match the angle of the skier’s lower leg when standing.
Buckles
Dynalink Rearfoot Retention - Instep buckles are linked to the shell in a direct line with the heel pocket for a highly effective rear foot closure system that minimizes foot sliding, heel lift and boot shell distortion.

3 Microadjustable F-500 Aluminum Buckles
Inverted Forefoot Buckle - Putting the buckle on top of the forefoot keeps it out of the way when booting and jibbing
Power Strap
40 mm Power Strap
Sole
Replaceable DuraGrip™ toe / heel
Additional Features
Shock Absorbing System - High tech, high performance shock absorption technology on shin and underfoot for maximum comfort, cushioning and foot protection.
