The Liquid Force TAO is Daniel Grant's answer to the age-old question: "What if a wakeboard and wakeskate had a baby?" And honestly, the result is a masterpiece. DG's new deck got even tougher with triax glass reinforcement, so it can handle the abuse that comes with his style. If you've ever watched DG throw a backside 5 and thought "that's impossibly clean," now you know his secret: a board that does exactly what he needs it to do. Get on the TAO and start hunting for your own impossible lines.
Aggressive 3-Stage Rocker – Flatter center curve for speed & rail control. Exaggerated exit angle through tip gives a bucking pop off the wake.
Full Rounded Scalloptail Shape – The round scalloptail is great for big drawn out carves, confident control and for keeping your speed when pulling out to the features. Its full shape also gives a softer landing off of kickers and features.
Center Concave with Edge Channels and Mellow Tip Channels – The single concave bottom produces less drag while you are up on your feet and riding. It allows for soft landings and a more comfortable ride. The Edge Channels give you that bite for controlled carves and the tip channels let you keep it on lock all the way into the kickers, rails, and corners for extra boost!
Concave Beveled Rails – Concaved beveled rails provide a softer, more forgiving rail towards the mid-section of the board. This helps prevent hang-ups on features and allows for more mellow transitions on the water.
Hotbox Technology – What do you get when you add a TAO wakeskate shape into the construction of a Tao wakeboard? By removing material from the tip and tail and beefing up the middle of the board, the TAO is now flexier than ever for pressing, while being stronger than ever for the full-send maneuvers. The 2-3 degrees of cant in the wakeskate shape allow for unreal boot-to-board responsiveness, while the simplified single concave hull keep the TAO as smooth and free-flowing as ever.
Stepped Deck Technology – The newest flex pattern in the Liquid Force Park Series. Designed to provide torsional rigidity directly under the rider for increased leverage, while tapered zones leading out to the tips of the board provide maximum flex potential.
Paulownia Wood CNC'd Core – Precision CNC'd to give you the most optimized mixture of strength, flex, rebound, and control.
Sintered Grind Base – LF uses the most durable sintered Grind base material for extended life for park session after session.

Optimized for LF 4D Bindings | Compatible with All Bindings
4 Up Flexbar – Similar to the LF Flextrack, our 4 Up Flexbar can bend, twist laterally and torsionally to allow the board to bend and flex as it was intended to. This means no dead-spot’s under your bindings. Featuring four mounting positions, you are guaranteed to find your perfect stance.
