Sometimes you just have to take a deep breath, trust your instincts, and go for it. The Ronix RXT Wakeboard is three years in the making, a team effort that has resulted in the most advanced construction yet from the pioneers of the sport. They're keeping a lot of the details hush-hush, but all you need to know is this is a high-level boat board with a continuous rocker and the endorsement of one of the best riders we've ever seen, Massi Piffaretti. Ronix isn't big on flex numbers, but they rate the RXT as having the most "instant energy" of any board in their line, meaning it's got a powerful and quick pop and, with the mysterious Black Out Construction, it's made to take your riding further than you really thought possible. Continuous – An earlier arc with a mellow, more consistent glide up the wake. A rider will be able to carry more speed up the transition and land tricks further out into the flats. A faster, more predictable, less effort take off.
Rails/Edges
Speedwalls – Vertical poured urethane creates more top water speed and a durable bumper from those floating menaces at the cable park.
Core
Black Out Technology – As Ronix's most advanced core, it's a closely-guarded secret. What they will say is this construction is livelier, faster, and quicker. Softer landings, longer flights, and harder snaps are all possible with this secret sauce.
