First, you notice the spectacular aesthetics of the American Black Walnut, because we can hardly look away ourselves. But what comes next is the realization that the Arbor Coda Camber Snowboard is more than just dapper, it's downright daring. The topsheet uses zero plastic and the Coda is built with Bio-Resin to reduce the carbon footprint. Flip it over and admire a premium sintered base, built for dancing down steep faces at ankle-crushing speed, sandwiching a responsive poplar and paulownia core reinforced with bamboo for serious juice. Ignore your desire to hang the Arbor Coda Camber Snowboard in an art gallery and put this baby on the snow and go.
System Camber – If you want a highly responsive ride, crisp on-edge performance, and more pop for carving and ollies - all with smoother camber performance - then System Camber shapes are for you. The camber progressively reduces toward the tip and tail, making the leading edge less aggressive for cleaner on-snow performance.
6 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff)
Double Barrel II Core – A progressive 1:2 Poplar and Paulownia blend with bamboo stringers running along the rails of the board for added torsional response and improved board control.
Mixed Glassing – A triax over biax lay-up that's best for versatility: pow, backcountry, groomers, jumps, and more.
360° Fully Wrapped Sidewalls – Eliminates the need for tip fill, while effectively tying the whole snowboard together. A technology that delivers incredibly tight tolerances for improved board life and durability.
Sintered Plus Base – Arbor's sintered plus base is mid-density material that demonstrates increased speed and durability while maintaining the ease of repair.
Recycled Steel Edges – Highly durable, recycled steel edges embody Arbor's key values: quality and sustainability.
Factory Tuned – Arbor detunes the tip and tail contact points on all of their snowboards for a catch-free ride before they leave the factory.
R.A.P. Topless Technology – A build process in which Arbor eliminates the need for their Bio-Plastic Topsheet, creating a lighter more eco-friendly ride.
American Black Walnut Powerply
Bio Resin – Starting fresh with 2020, all Powerplys and R.A.P. Topless Tech veneers are made with Bio-Resin, a replacement for traditional petroleum based resin that doesn't affect performance or usability. The ingredients that go into it are sourced as co-products or waste products of other industrial processes and are manufactured employing green chemistry techniques that reduce the carbon footprint of the material by up to 40% when compared to its petroleum based equivalent.
Wend Natural Wax – All Arbor snowboards hit the shop floor ready to ride with Wend Natural Wax.

Upgrade to the Arbor Cypress Snowboard Bindings and set yourself up with binders capable of keeping up with your huge ambitions. Stiff and burly System X baseplates under your feet are like a firm handshake, letting you know that you're in good hands before you embark on that all-time line you've been eyeing since the lifts opened. Asymmetrical highbacks offer precise, powerful board control for the edge-to-edge response that confident riders demand, with durable cast aluminum buckles and levers to keep everything locked in.
System X – System X is a baseplate design that more efficiently transfers and evenly distributes a rider's energy into their snowboard. No matter where pressure is applied to the binding, the System X allocates energy across the baseplate's structural X shape, and out to the four cardinal points. The result is quicker, more effective control. 33% glass content for added strength and stability.
2 XD Footbeds – The Cypress Bindings feature a dual-density footbed design that provides impact absorption, comfort, durability, and improved feel. The topside of the footbed is made with a firmer material that provides durability and a more tactile interface with a rider's boot. Under the ball and heel area, Arbor added impact absorbent EVA pods that interface directly with a rider's snowboard to improve board feel while adding cushion for landings and hard snow conditions.
65A Durometer Outsole – The Outsole is a dampening interface made from a special TPE rubber. The Outsole integrates with the System X design and sits between the binding and a rider's snowboard. The Outsole diffuses high-frequency chatter while providing rebound and cushion for high-impact landings. On the Cypress, Arbor uses a slightly stiffer durometer TPE for added performance.
Adjustable Extruded Aluminum Heelcup – Highly durable extruded aluminum, designed to work with the Mini-Disk for amazing adjustability. Use the highback to center the foot and the disk to fine-tune your stance width.
EVA Footbed
Asymmetrical Highbacks – Arbor bindings feature low mounted asymmetrical highbacks with 5° pre-rotation, providing ergonomic feel and freedom of movement.
Tool-less Forward Lean Adjustment
Bow-Strap Adjuster – Arbor's patented "Bow-Strap" adjuster and ladder strap swings out of the way quickly and easily, making binding entry a simple, user-friendly experience. The pre-curved strap steers clear of your boot while maintaining form and durability in even the coldest conditions.
Co-Moulded Ankle Strap
Cast Aluminum Buckles and Levers – Arbor's upgraded buckles offer clean, ultra reliable performance, long-term durability, and a tighter, stronger click for unparalleled boot to binding connection.
2x4 Universal Mini-Disc – Mini-Disks require less surface area and along with the System X help provide a more organic snowboard flex underfoot. They are channel compatible.
