Home Mattress Comfort and Support: Two layer foam construction composed of high performance polyfoams found in your home mattress. Top foam is an engineered foam designed for conformation and pressure point relief. It is open-cell, so it is breathable and not temperature dependent for use in all outdoor environments. The bottom foam is a high resilience foam for ultimate support and body contouring.
Stretch Mattress Cover: The foam mattress has a cover made of stretch nylon twill on the top and a polyurethane coated nylon on the bottom. The top material is moisture wicking and stretches to allow the high-performance foam to contour to different body shapes and sleeping positions. The cover zips off the drop stitch to allow it to be used alone, and another zipper on the cover allows the foam to be removed for washing the cover.
Phone Pocket: There is a conveniently located pocket at both ends of the mattress. The pocket is a perfect location for your phone, ear plugs, headlamp, etc, keeping your essentials off the ground and handy.
Stable Drop Stitch Base: The drop stitch base is an inflatable layer with thousands of strain locked polyester threads allowing it to reach high internal pressures to create a solid and durable base layer. The base is waterproof and rigid allowing it to bridge across roots and rocks at your campsite. When deflated, the drop stitch base helps compress the foam during rolling.
Expandable: The Sleep System can be connected to other Hest Sleep Systems to create a comfy nest.
Carry-Bag: The sleep system comes with a bag for transporting to and from your campsite. After rolling your mattress, the bag has integrated compression straps to secure your mattress. It uses a courier style design to accommodate a wide range of rolled mattresses sizes, so you’re not faced with the “I didn’t pack it perfectly, so it doesn’t fit in the duffel” situation. The bag is made of water and dirt resistant polyurethane coated nylon and has a sleeve for your pump.
