The Faction Prodigy 3.0 Skis will help make any skier's dreams of all-mountain mastery come true. A mid-stiff flex (7 on the 10 point stiffness scale) gives you a level of responsiveness and control that will serve you well when the chips are down. 106 mm at the waist makes for incredible versatility - snake through the trees or rip through powder with ease. You pick the line, the Prodigy 3.0 will deliver.
Rocker / Camber / Rocker – 400mm rocker in the tip, 2mm camber underfoot, and 330mm rocker in the tail.
Stiff Flex – 7/10 - Designed to provide bite and stability in steep terrain and variable snow.
Transition Zone Technology – Faction's "Blended Transition Zones" use complex curve geometries where both positive/negative sidecut and where rocker/camber meet to make turn initiation fluid yet the whole ski more stable and controllable in all conditions.
Poplar/Beech Core – A Poplar/Beech core is light, grips great on hard snow and feels snapping between turns, while always maintain a soft enough flex to pop, slash and butter all over the mountain.
Micro-Cap Protection – Continuing efforts to improve chip-resistance in their skis, Faction incorporated a 'micro' cap where the topsheet meets the sidewall on sandwich constructed skis.
Die-Cut PTEX 3000 Base – Used on most Faction Skis. Sintered PTEX 3000 base material is more porous and holds wax well.
Brushed Topsheet
We recommend a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than the ski waist width.
