An assault weapon for volcano missions, epic traverses, and long days on the skin track, the Black Crows Ova Freebird Skis are a super light touring ski designed to uphill as well as they go down. A new all-paulownia core, cap construction and a carefully blended glass and carbon weave laminate keep the weight of the Ova Freebird under 1200 grams per ski. Boom, you've just lost one more excuse for being slow on the climb. A relatively short radius sidecut (17 m) and moderate flex give the Ova Freebird snappy maneuverability in all snow conditions.
