The Armada Trace 98 Skis tout the same lightweight Caruba Core as its big and lil sis, but as the middle child they offer a bit more security in an array of conditions. Whether navigating an icy descent or harvesting some afternoon corn, the 98mm waist provides for all occasions with EST All Mountain Rocker delivering the float you need to snag surfy turns in the deep. Lightweight performance never looked so good.

EST All Mountain Rocker – Rocker is paired with tapered sidecuts both tip and tail provide floatation in soft snow as well as forgiveness in turn shape. Camber underfoot maintains edge hold on the hardpack.

The contact points on skis with this profile are closer towards the middle of the ski than a fully cambered ski, but still not underfoot. The cambered midsection provides a longer effective edge on hardpack, increasing edge hold and stability, while the rockered tip and tail provide floatation in deeper snow and allow the ski to initiate and release from turns easier.

Atomic Warden MNC 11 Ski Bindings
The popular Atomic Warden 11 Ski Bindings are now MNC compatible, and the world's a better place because of it. Where previous models were strictly ISO 5355 Alpine sole devices, the new version lets you use pretty much any type of adult standard sole. This means you can use your touring boot or your alpine boot on the same pair of skis (provided you have adequate length adjustment and the touring boot has ISO 9523 toe and heel lugs). The other Warden characteristics that make it a favorite among powder and sidecountry skiers remain the same, namely dependability and positive, low effort step in action.
