Frame/Shock:
Switch Infinity: Switch Infinity utilizes a patented translating pivot that switches direction as the bike moves through its travel. This provides excellent anti-squat characteristics for superior pedaling performance and ideal suspension characteristics as it gets deeper into the travel.
Fox Float Factory DPS: Fox's new design offers improved bump absorption, firm lockout and new DPS damper with three positions to match any terrain. Factory Series models feature Genuine Kashima Coat.
New EVOL Extra Volume Air Sleeve: Fox's Extra Volume (EVOL) air sleeve significantly reduces the force to initiate travel, providing added sensitivity and better small bump compliance. The progressiveness of the spring curve can be adjusted via air volume spacers, allowing riders to fine-tune the feel of the air spring.

Fox 34 Float Factory: Designed for the aggressive trail rider, the 2016 34 has been completely re-imagined from the inside out, featuring an all-new FIT4 damper, FLOAT air spring, and super lightweight chassis. It drops significant weight over its predecessor while providing improved trail performance that instills confidence and control.
New FIT4 3-Pos Lever /w Compression Adjust: Now in its fourth generation, the patented FIT4 (FOX Isolated Technology) closed cartridge system provides three on-the-fly compression damping positions - Open, Medium, and Firm - to adapt to varying trail conditions. Factory Series forks feature an additional 22 clicks of low-speed compression adjust in the Open mode, allowing riders to fine-tune their exact damping preferences.
Updated Float Airspring - Patented Air Transfer Port System: The new FLOAT air spring system developed for 32, 34 and 40 is lighter and reduces the force to initiate travel, providing excellent sensitivity and small bump compliance for all riders and pressure settings. Similar to our FLOAT rear shocks, the new FLOAT system features positive and negative air springs that automatically equalize during use to give each rider the right pressure balance. The progressiveness of the spring curve can be adjusted via air volume spacers, allowing riders to fine-tune the feel of the air spring.
New Lighter Chassis Design: Completely redesigned for 2016, the new 34 chassis balances weight and stiffness by shedding two-thirds of a pound with increased stiffness over its predecessor. Resulting in a ride quality that is incredibly sensitive and supple, but still offers support when you need it.
Kashima Coat: Buttery-smooth, Genuine Kashima Coat's distinctive gold color is backed by its high performance attributes — properties that provide an exceptionally smooth feel and extreme durability.
