The newest evolution in Phase Five's collaboration with Drew Danielo, the Phase Five Hammerhead Wakesurf Board rides the way you'd imagine a shark would with smooth speed and plenty of pop when the moment strikes. From novice to advanced riders, wakesurfers are swearing by this board's predatory performance. The Hammerhead's square nose and tail lend the board stability and speed when you're riding it reverse, while its wide square tail functions like a gas peddle underfoot and pops freely at will no matter the direction. Plus, its single deep long base fin provides the lowest amount of drag with the greatest speed and agility of any skim fin setup out there. Throw in Phase Five's Vacuum Ribbed Technology and its GatorSkin™ construction crafted by hands in the good ol' USA and you've got yourself a board that's fierce, ferocious, and playful all at the same time.

PolyLam Gloss: PolyLam gloss finish provides a very clean and attractive looking board. Featured in Phase Five's premium performance skim style boards.
GatorSkin™: Tough Carbon/Aramid Glass wrapped around a super-lite foam core, accentuated by a carbon fiber stringer system, provides the strongest, most durable surf-style construction on the market today.
V.R.T.™ (Vacuum Ribbed Technology): Refined vacuum assisted hand lamination process with built in glass/bar stringers on bottom edge of board for extra strength and pop.

Premium Style Skim
Hammerhead Shape: Named after the Hammerhead Shark for its unusual and distinctive shape. When you ride the Hammerhead backwards the wider nose offers more surface area, in turn making it stable and much faster than all other boards.
Tapered Core: 3/4" thick board that is thinned out on the nose and tail to 5/8". Increased sensitivity and response when applied to 3/4".
Fins:
1" Deep Long Base Fin: Lowest amount of drag with the most speed and agility of any skim fin setup.
Additional Features:
Performance Pads: Provides the rider with the ultimate control platform. Soft, custom diamond-milled EVA material, integrated arch bars with pressure relief pockets and lateral stability contours ensure that the rider sticks to the board surface at all times. Colors may vary from board to board.
Propel: Proprietary material used to create Phase Five's unique graphic inlays.
