Built with the call of the steep and wild in mind, the Praxis Freeride Skis are a traditional design with a flat tail and ample camber underfoot, perfect for high level skiers and critical lines. The 107 mm waist is an excellent compromise width that's wide enough to plane in a couple feet of fresh, but narrow enough for quick edge to edge transitions and security on harder snow. Constructed with Keith O'Meara's usual obsessive attention to detail using the Maple and Ash-dominated MAP core, pre-bonded UHMW sidewalls, oversized edges and super hard 4001 sintered base material, the Praxis Freeride rises above the level of other small boutique brands in both the performance and durability categories.
