The Leki Peak Vario S Speedlock 2 Adjustable Ski Poles combine two great Leki features - Trigger S compatibility and SpeedLock2 shaft adjustability - on one great pole. Trigger S grips allow you to use Leki's Trigger S series gloves instead of straps (straps for use with conventional gloves are included as well) and either system features an upward "safety release" if you catch your pole on something and the force becomes excessive - a fantastic idea for backcountry skiing. The SpeedLock2 adjustment system is the best in the industry and allows lightning quick length changes with gloves on in the field as well as rock solid, no slip connections.
