An ode to the resort riders of the 90's, the Flow Blackout Snowboard is equipped with everything needed for attacking the mountain without speed checks. Traditional camber has been upgraded with flat areas just outside the bindings giving you greater floatation and turn initiation. Flow used their strongest Quadrax Carbon-10 laminate for insane durability and going HAM. The Blackout has a Re-Flex core, boasting an unmatched weight-to-strength ratio. Rocker Type:

Pop-Cam: Three-phase camber construction. Features traditional camber under the feet and flat between the bindings for added grip on ice, better float in the pow, and locking onto rails, leaving the tip and tail mellow and free. Pop-Cam

Flex:

Fun, Responsive & Lively: Making for a board that does it all. This mildly-stiff board offers up an agile, snappy board with tons of pop.

Shape:

Directional Twin: Equal amounts of nose and tail and centered sidecut combined with setback insert pattern and core profile, allowing equal opportunity for centered or set back setup to ride in any direction.

3-D Dual Transitionalal Sidecut: The tips have mellow sidecuts and are lifted slightly for a catch-free and pressable snowboard. A more aggressive sidecut radius at the bindings makes for an agile ride with plenty of grip on hardpack and an effortlessly smooth edge-to-edge transition.

Core:

Re-Flex: Flow's lightest most responsive woodcore, with the highest strength-to-weight ratio. This specifically profiled core fuses several species of polar woods resulting in a more stable super-light snappy feel.

Laminates:

Kush-Control Topsheet | 75A Durometer Urethane: Urethane inserts placed under the toe and heel areas reduce chatter, absorb impacts, increase edge hold and provide the smoothest riding snowboard.

Quadrax | 0°/+30°/-30°/90° | Carbon-10: Quadrax places fiberglass running at 30° angles from tip to tail along with 10 vertically stitched carbon stringers configured in a 5x5 pattern outside of the inserts. Sidewalls:

Kush-Control Premium Sidewalls | 98A Durometer Urethane: The dense urethane sidewall is fused directly to the wood core to provide more pop and control while maximizing edge hold.

Base:

Kush-Control Premium Base | 75A Durometer Urethane: The urethane base inserts are positioned between the woodcore and base material. These inserts allow Flow boards to adapt to any terrain, absorb impacts, reduce chatter and provide a smoother more stable riding snowboard.
