This isn't a pow-destroyer, groomer-ripper, or park destroyer. This is the Ripsaw. Unlike you're niche board, anything tossed at the Ripsaw is shredded into oblivion. This all-mountain bomber features a unique Ripsaw Rocker Camber Profile which doubles the amount of camber from NS's original Rocker Camber Design for increased snappiness while carving through pow, chunder, corn, or groomers. Utilizing a SuperLight Wood Core, the Ripsaw doesn't have extra baggage holding back its performance and keeps a playful and lively attitude when you're tackling the big stuff. Ripsaw Rocker Camber Profile: The Ripsaw Rocker Camber Profile features enhanced cambered areas for aggressive edge hold and tremendous pop while maintaining the versatility of Original Rocker Camber.
3 Pressure Points: This snowboard has 3 Pressure Points. Pressure points make your board perform; The Rocker Camber gives you high pressure between the feet. This pivotal point gives your snowboard a playful feel that performs exceptionally in powder and when freeriding. With extra stability, precision and edge hold your turning abilities are enhanced too!

Vario Power Grip Sidecut: The Vario Power Grip Sidecut enhances edge hold from the multiple radiuses that create contact points. The sidecut features a flat area where the snowboard is rockered for better flex and to prevent edge-catching. Towards the end of the snowboard, the sidecut is deep to render quick turn initiation.
Low Profile Tip/Tail: A low profile in the nose and tail of the snowboard maximizes material contact with the snow for more powerful ollie/nollie pop and stability to your landings. Low Profile Tip/Tail also reduces the plowing effect in the nose for better glide to the next feature and superior float when it's deep.
Core:
NS Custom Flightcore: Designed and built in NS’ woodcore facility, these cores fuse premium hardwood and ultra light softwood laminates together with vertical layers of elastomeric vibration dampers. These lightweight perimeter dampers actually increase vibration absorption the faster you ride while maintaining an incredible amount of snap and liveliness, providing a level of edge hold and high-speed performance that only a Never Summer snowboards can deliver.
Laminates:
RDS 2 Damping System: This lightweight system uses three narrower laminated damping layers that provide the perfect combination of vibration, absorption and stability. RDS 2 is the perfect balance of freeride stability and freestyle liveliness.
Bi-Lite Fiberglass: Bi-Lite fiberglass is strong, durable and made of lightweight glass fibers. This delivers incredible freestyle and freeride performance without sacrificing the snowboards impact resistance.
Carbon VXR Laminate Technology: Carbon VXR extends carbon fiber V's out from the inserts to the effective edge for quick response while stiffening the board torsionally. Additionally, V's are positioned to the ends of the board providing maximum boost and pop when loaded up. This is an ideal layup to transfer energy to the end of the effective edge, tip/tail and still give the board a softer more forgiving mid-flex for torsional control.
STS Pre-tensioned Fiberglass: Never Summer's STS Pre-tensioned Fiberglass is an advanced pre-hardened, pre-tensioned, layered laminate. The added elastomer stringers between the 0° and 90° glass fibers produce a stronger bond between the laminations.

Elastomeric Underfoot Stabilizers: Elastomeric underfoot stabilizers directly below the mounting area provide optimum vibration absorption and increase high-speed stability while reducing foot fatigue.
Sidewalls:
Sintered P-tex Sidewall: NS was the first snowboard company to use and perfect Sintered P-Tex Sidewalls, and they've never seen one crack. Unlike conventional ABS sidewalls that have a tendency to crack in colder temperatures, Sintered P-Tex sidewalls maintain their integrity at any temperature.
P-Tex Tip and Tail Protection: Boards with P-tex tip/tail protection have UHMW plastic, or P-tex, which is a softer molecular material, that not only seals and protects the wood core, but also absorbs vibration and impact.

Durasurf Sintered 4501 Base: Crown Plastics has been the industry leader in sintered materials for over 36 years and has created the Durasurf 4501 sintered base exclusively for Never Summer. This new high-density base is extremely fast and will provide unmatched performance and durability.
