The 686 Smarty Complete 2.5 Ply jacket is a complete layering system in one jacket. The Complete 2.5 PLY Jacket includes fleece liner and base layer top, this set-up is perfect for any condition. It also includes a zip off hood, laser-cut and welded pocket construction and a waterproofing rating of 20,000 MM and 15,000GM of breathability.
