Rocker Type:

Freeride FK: This revolutionary all-mountain shape provides the best of both worlds. It has a raised camber platform through the inserts to retain high-speed edge hold through variable terrain, and elevated contact points to land and float in powder.

Flat Kick Technology: With Flat Kick design technology CAPiTA has tightened the profile radius that blends the shoulders of the board into the tip and tail height. This is a key area that influences the tempo and feel of turn initiation. With traditional larger tip and tail arcs, the loaded camber contributes to a board's acceleration into a turn. On reverse camber boards the contact points are elevated, removing this camber contribution. As a result, the same traditional tip and tail radii would make the board feel sluggish. Specialized Flat Kick tip and tail arcs combined with elevated reverse camber contact points achieve the ideal tempo into turns. This allows you to have the shorter effective edge of a forgiving, easy to ride, reverse camber snowboard that is still responsive and quick during edge-to-edge transitions.

Sidecut:

New Age Directional: CAPiTA's New Age Directional sidecut is a progressive sidecut which incorporates a reverse sidecut arc in the midsection of the board. Due to a reduced effective edge as a result of hybrid camber shapes, this reverse camber arc provides a point of contact to retain control throughout the turn. .5" Setback stance.

Core:

Panda Core™: The PANDA Core™ was built for a high performance return of energy in a lightweight and versatile core. From razor sharp turns on demand, to huge ollies, this core was engineered with all-terrain technical freestyle riding in mind. Comprised of our P2 Superlight core and enhanced with inlaid Bamboo Power Rods, this core is strong enough to meet the needs of the TFA customer while saving considerable weight.

Laminates:

Custom Weave: The CUSTOM WEAVE configuration features a resin/glass application borrowed from the marine industry, which yields much stronger and rigid qualities allowing the board to have decreased wood core thickness. The main focus is to save wood core weight by increasing resin performance. The biaxial/triaxial fiberglass combination creates more response while increasing strength and durability.

Carbon Fiber V-Tech: Known for its rigidity, high tensile strength, low weight, high temperature tolerance, and low thermal expansion, carbon is one of the most popular materials used in today's high performance applications. This lightweight, strong material, when molded into a snowboard, increases powder and response while remaining ultralight.

Sidewalls:

Full ABS sidewalls with silk-screened graphics.

Base:

Wax Infused Rotation Sintered Base: Created by taking pellets of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene and compressing them with heat and pressure.Translation, the "pores" of the board love wax and if properly maintained create an extremely fast, durable and consistent board.
