Liner:
2 layers of thermoformable foam on the ankle, heel, meta, tongue & sole for better comfort without altering performance.
Quicklace on the liner, the envelopment of your foot is perfectly homogeneous for a great driving precision. It allows you to guaranty a good and comfortable foothold without closing the shell too hard.
Materials:
World Cup advanced shell technology that is a declination of Salomon’s latest development in boot design. A more powerful version of the Advanced Shell technology with improvement on the back support, the body positioning into the boot and the torsion control of the boot.
Bi-material upper and lower cuffs
Additional Features:
Insole rubber grip for maximum traction while hiking on rocks, stairs, or heli skids.
A 55mm strap with elastic properties that provides the skier progressive flex and rebound while skiing.
Cuff Shape:
Upper shell is comprised of a reinforced rear, lateral insert allowing the use of a softer front cuff for improved leg wrapping and progressive flex.
Double canting for a dialed in fit.
Magnesium piece links the upper cuff to the lower shell providing back support for better rebound coming out of the turn.
Flex and Fit:
The 120 flex provides the reaction and support that expert skiers need when they are pushing their limits. A 98mm last provides crisp, race like, response, but if you happen to have wider feet Salomon has you covered with a custom shell that can expand out to 104mm last. Don’t settle for a boot that kind of fits your foot – this boots is molded around your foot for a true, exact custom fit.
