Scott Jr Team Issue - Youth Ski Poles 2012: Just like its older brother, the Scott Jr. Team Issue Ski Poles are for the rippers, but of the junior variety. The aluminum alloy shafts are strong enough to handle any abuse and the grips are comfortable enough to keep you shredding all day.

Shaft:
S3 Aluminum Alloy shafts are computer engineered and manufactured with high-grade aluminum that is rated to 65,000 PSI.
Grip:
The Junior Notch grip is anatomically engineered using soft thermoplastic rubber and polypropylene. The lightweight, streamlined profile facilitates the wrist articulation necessary for a textbook downhill tuck or grab, only modified for small hands.
Strap:
Woven Nylon straps provide a platform to plant on and push off of. The straps are designed with increased strap width on the back of the hand for additional support. The buckle is injection-molded nylon that exceeds a tensile strength of 800 PSI.
Basket:
3.6 Disc baskets incorporate a high standard of engineering and design, blending aerodynamic efficiency and durability.
