Burton CO2 Snowboard Bindings 2011: Three years in development, new Re:Flex™ technology on the Burton CO2 Snowboard Binding gives you truer board flex and increased cushioning that can be experienced with all boards, including the competition’s. By coring out materials and adding EVA and B3 Gel, this hinged disc makes the binding approximately 20% lighter while allowing your board to flex 71% more underfoot. New lighter-weight, more responsive straps deliver power even faster to the carbon-infused baseplate for a quicker control and increased confidence in all areas.

Baseplate:
New 50:50 Carbon Fiber comes together with Nylon Composite Spar.
Highback:
Dual-component hibacks lets Burton manipulate the flex profile by interchanging the frame and the spine. The spine maintains structural integrity and response, while the frame supports the boot. The canted design is ergonomic and follows the natural contours of your left and right legs to maximize control and comfort. Living Hinge technology eliminates hardware and weight, and allows you to adjust your forward lean and hiback rotation independently. Meanwhile, ultra-light aerospace grade mesh allows the hiback to better conform to the shape of your boot’s backstay for improved fit. Go ahead, try and tear it.
Straps:
New React ankle straps have minimized Superstrap™ construction with a 3D®Curved Triple Axis Spine, ultra-responsive Enduro Padding, and improved wrap for constant contact with the boot. The Gettagrip Capstrap is also 3D®Curved with a triple axis spine, has Ultra-Minimized Capstrap™ construction with a True Wrap Toe Window, Grip Fit, and are conformable from Capstrap to Toe Strap.
