Scott Jr. Team Issue Ski Poles – Youth 2011: Just like its older brother, the Scott Jr. Team Issue Ski Pole is for the rippers, but of the junior variety. The aluminum alloy shafts are strong enough to handle any bail and the grips are comfortable enough to keep you shredding all day. Little rippers rejoice.

Shaft:
S3 Aluminum Alloy Shaft are constructed from S4 aluminum and the R-2 Grip System. The oval shape of the pole increases aerodynamic performance and structural rigidity while maintaining exceptional shock-absorption properties.
Grip:
The Junior Notch Grip is our Notch Strike Grip modified for smaller hands. It has been anatomically engineered using soft thermoplastic rubber and polypropylene. The lightweight, streamlined profile facilitates the wrist articulation necessary for a textbook downhill tuck or grab.
Strap:
Woven nylon straps provide a platform to plant on and push off of. The straps are engineered with increased strap width in the back of the hand for additional support. The buckle is injection-molded nylon that exceeds a tensile strength of 800 psi.
Basket:
The 3.6 Disc Baskets incorporate a high standard of engineering and design, blending aerodynamic efficiency and durability. The 3.6 disc basket is 6 centimeters in diameter.
