The Dual Action toe piece is reinforced in the high stress areas, which improves the overall structural integrity of the binding. The toe piece has a multi-directional, 180 degree release for maximum performance.

The AFD uses a wide Teflon pad which increases friction to increase binding retention while also providing more leverage on wider skis.

Compatibility:
We recommend a brake width that is equal to the ski waist width and at most 15 mm wider.
Construction:
The titanium lateral arms of the Axial2 heel piece are angled down applying greater pressure to the edge of the ski.
The heel has 25mm of elastic travel, the longest travel of any binding on the market. This long travel prevents unwanted pre-releasing, ensuring that your ski will stay on when you want it to.
The toe and heel of the Axial2 screw pattern is the widest pattern on the market.
