Construction and Core:

The Aspen Light core features full length, lightweight Aspen wood with high density birch strips for extra tough insert retention, paired BA Medium Density fiberglass that guarantees a consistent quality level, resulting in a light and lively board.

Flex:

Flex Rating: 3 (1 Soft – 5 Stiff) This all-mountain board features a medium flex rating of 3 with a directional twin shape that combines the freestyle freedom of a twin with the high-speed drive of a directional flex.

Base:

The Salomon Ace Snowboard features an easy maintenance Extruded base that offers long lasting glide, paired with the Standard Stone Grind that’s the industry benchmark for high-end boards.

Sidewalls and Edges:

The quadratic sidecut in the Salomon Ace Snowboard blends elliptic curves for easy turn initiation, effortless direction changes and fluid edge to edge transitions, while Rubber Pads provide 2mm rubber blocks inserted into the high-pressure zones of the ABS sidewalls to dampen vibrations and reduce fatigue in all snow conditions.
