Salomon Burner Snowboard 2011

Salomon Burner Snowboard 2011 – Snow may have trickled down the back of your pants and your sweat may turn to ice on the chair, but you can still burn up the mountainside. The Salomon Burner Snowboard is the hard carver that scorches the mountainside at high speeds, firing through pow like it was air and annihilating any other kind of snow in your way.

Product Details

Flex:
Flex Rating: 5 (1 Soft – 5 Stiff) This all mountain board features a balanced flex rating of 5, with a tapered directional shape whose slightly tapered tail width loosens up turn initiation and improves floatation on deeper snow without sacrificing edge hold on hardpack.
Construction and Core:
The GHOST light core is made with milled isocore foam that replaces regular wood strips in strategic areas to reduce core density, while maintaining full board strength. GHOST XY carbon stringers are buried right underneath the topsheet and place soft torsion between your feet for perfect board feel and strong torsion under your bindings for control at high speeds to leave you with a board that has some powerful pop and feels good at any speed.
Base:
The Sintered EG Base is engineered for super fast gliding in everything from fresh pow to sticky spring snow, providing superior wax retention, strengthened impact resistance and a turbocharged glide. The Fine Stone Grind works with the Sintered EG Base to speed up in powder or softer snow conditions.
Sidewalls and Edges:
Rubber rails provide soft 2mm rubber that cuddles up to the stainless steel edges to keep your ride smooth and chatter free.
